Sorry...no recommendation...a complaint. Moved to Spanish Fort from out of state and have been renting a home since Aug. 1. Water/sewer bill is received mid month and I've paid bill before end of month from Sept. to Feb. Had water disconnected on Mar. 26 for non payment...one day after the printed late data of Mar. 25 on bill. No call, no email, no visit to the house...just shut the water off. UNBELIEVABLE! Plus...I had to pay a $45 reconnection fee to get it turned back on. What if an emergency situation had occurred in the house (fire) that required water and it wasn't available. Like electricity, water is a vital utility that YOU JUST DON'T MESS WITH AND SHUT OFF UNLESS YOU HAVE A DAMN GOOD REASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
