This place had a nice farm setting with a lake view. It was rented by a close friend of mine for his wedding. Aside from the rustic barn and the nice lake view the entire experience with these people was terrible. Everything was going well until the owners informed 45 minuets early that people needed to leave. Then the owner’s husband (or some random creepy old guy that worked there) started lugging coolers of our beer off to his garage with our speaking to anyone, because they decided that our celebration should have its last call when he decided (WTF is that). Then after having those arguments with the GROOM they owners wife got in a yelling match with the groom over the garbage telling him that it was going to cost $100 dollars more for him if everyone didn’t clean the tables and such up, and then told insisted that he load all of the bagged trash into his truck to take with him or it would be extra. These people ruined a wedding and WAY over charge. I would not recommend this place to anyone that doesn’t want there special day ruined.
