its a small & very outdated store-but dont judge a book by its cover! they have everything you need or will order it and have it within 24hrs. I used them in my days as bar & restaurant manager and now i use them for my home kitchen and family parties, school functions, baby showers, dance recital and birthdays! Im starting school for cooking soon and Ive gotten all my knives there and Im going there today to get a food mill to make jersey tomato spag sauce this summer! I LOVE EDMARS!
