Wow! These guys made the building of our new home both affordable and enjoyable. Michelle, the secretary, was very knowledgeable about the plans and options and when the manager, Stan, returned from checking a job, he showed us how simple it was to secure financing and select a plan that we could afford. He even suggested floor plan changes that fit our needs by re-arranging walls. They didn't even charge for these changes. They were very professional every step of the way. Kudos to Southwest Homes!
