Michelle, the secretary, was very knowledgeable about the plans and options and when the manager, Stan, returned from checking a job, he showed us how simple it was to secure financing and select a plan that we could afford. He even suggested floor plan changes that fit our needs by re-arranging walls. They didn't even charge for these changes. They were very professional every step of the way. Kudos to Southwest Homes!
