The service was extremely disappointing. Not only did they raise the price of my order by $75 dollars after I had already ordered it, but then they missed their delivery date and it was going to be an additional week. My project had a deadline that could not accommodate the additional week for delivery and I had to cancel my order. The whole process was very unpleasant and I had to cancel my order and get my steel from Altitude Steel who have been very helpful. I would not recommend Rose Steel for anything.
