Would encourage the residents of Bakersfield to avoid any association with M D Atkinson Company, Inc. Although they do have several rental properties through-out this town, their unethical business practice leaves a lot to be desired. We, as patrons, need to stand together to establish a standard of integrity and ethical business practice that is acceptable for business proprietors in this community.
