Worst customer service! I called 2 weeks ago to fix a fryer, they showed up 10 days later to tell me they had to order the part and they would be back on Friday and then never answered the phone. Then when I called, I got chewed out because I was upset over the lack of communication. Evidently Fae isn't aware that customers make or break their business.
