Don't bother wasting your time calling this company. First off, nobody answers the phone EVER. Need to leave a message and wait, sometimes days to get a call back. Tim cam out gave us a bid to re-do our whole entire septic system and we immediately accepted it to get put on the schedule. This was in April and he said he couldn't get to us until July. He knew how important it was for us to get it done as our system was old and we were having problems. Tim reassured us that we would be done in July, even after calling him two weeks later to confirm that he did indeed put us on the schedule. Today, less than a month before our start date, Tim calls us to let us know that he can no longer do the job in July and it looks like we need to find someone else to do the job as he won't be able to get to it until next YEAR!! What the Hell??? Poor customer service, poor scheduling, poor business skills. Disappointed and would not recommend anyone wasting their time even trying to call this company!! I guess a hand shake and confirmed confirmation with this company means nothing these days!! LIARS
