Management Consulting for the Automotive Service Industry ATcon is a management consulting firm for automobile dealers specializing in Service Department, Parts Department, and Body Shop Consulting. ATcon provides services to automobile dealers including development of Service Department Merchandising and Customer Retention processes, Body Shop and Service Department production and work scheduling systems, and Service Advisor and Parts Counter sales training. ATcon is known for its "clean sheet" approach to consulting. We understand fully that no Service Department, Parts Department, or Body Shop has the same situation to deal with and therefore each consulting activity results in recommendations tailored to the individual client.
