Called to check hours and no answer or voicemail. Drove by and saw 5 cars in the lot. Walked in (doorbell sounded) and looked around for 15 minutes. Could see someone sitting in an office with an inside window however NO ONE acknowledged me or asked if they could help me. The person in the office never made eye contact or acknowledged me the entire time I was in the store. Messy, stuff laying all over the floor by the carpet samples, lighting was poor. They lost my business today and I will go somewhere else to a business who cares about their customers and has a well lite showroom where I can see what I am buying. Disappointed.
