this is mac smith, hampton s.c. i purchaced a mattress set fro farmers furniture here in hampton. the girl that ordered the mattress was told to get a firm mattress well when it got to me it was soft-i have talked with you guys a couple of times to ask if it was firm or soft you said soft the style is RR PL PT 6M ACKL/LINE 221177-0015 CODE A THE MATTRESS IS A WORK OF ART I love the way that it looks-ive tried to talk with the maniager here in hampton Jennifer but she wont return my calls -ive paid 3 advance payments so i guess that i wont hear from her until i need to make a payment----what should i do? i have to have a firm mattress i weigh 230 and need a firm one---well one thing for sure they have lost my buisiness. dont know who to talk with so you are it i guess thanks mac
