Regarding B/L 00645813 picked up by Case on 3/24/12, spoke with dispatch today, 4/6/12 and was told that the one Lazboy recliner has been sitting because other pieces were put out before it, no other reason and it will not reach Conover until Monday night because they did not want to receive it on Good Friday, so recliner will not reach us at Hamilton's Furniture until 3 days later. I am requesting that no future Lazboy shipments be issued to Case, due to this ridiculous explanation and the negative effective on the customer we are trying to satisfy. Lazboy truck brought the other recliner on same order in 1 week.
