My wife's grandpa used to eat at the Hamburger Inn when he was a boy. We went there tonight for my daughter's 7th birthday. The food was great! It isn't high-brow, but the burgers are fresh (not from frozen beef), the buns are homemade, and the fries are fresh cut. I had the "Hangover" burger with a fried egg on it-- delicious. For dessert, they brought my daughter a cinnamon roll sundae (made with their homemade maple cinnamon rolls). I'm not sure what they do, but it was awesome. I this they actually fry the roll before adding ice cream. The indoor seating is all bar stools & counters-- kind of unique, but it also gets you talking to the other diners. We'll be back next time we're in Delaware, OH.
