I will have to say my experience with Stark's was positive at first. However overall I'm displeased. They told me that they could locate a sewer tile in my yard. Justin the tech was great and professional. However Stark's could not locate the tile, but yet they still charged me. I spoke with them about a possible access point to try and they told me they would have to charge me to come back and try again after not being able to locate the tile the first time. I will quote Terry "We have to be paid". I said "pay you again for a job that you didn't do the first time?" I think not. I would be very careful when dealing with Stark's, get everything in writing and do not pay at the time of service. Have them invoice you. The customer is not there concern. They will not get any business from me.
