BUYER BEWARE! Purchased 3 mattresses from US Mattress because online it says 120 days money back guarantee on their website. I tried to return 2 of the mattresses and am told they don't offer Money Back Only exchange. I sent them screenshots of their website that says otherwise. Multiple calls and emails later I get a manager who tells me they don't offer money back only exchanges and if I want to exchange its $139 fee PLUS additional fees depending on the mattress! If you dont want to give people their money back then DONT list it on your website that you give people their money back! This is false advertising! Multiple complaints on the bbb with similar issues, I wish I would have looked at that before I made my purchase here. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN!

AVOID!!! We ordered a bed and mattress and only received the mattress. We had to call to find out they weren't shipping the bed to us. This is beyond screwed up. Poor customer service and an utter lack of communication. They can ship a mattress but not a bed? And they knew and said nothing. Save your money. This "American" company will never see our business again. DISGUSTING! We were able to order directly for the bed from Hillsdale Furniture Mart and verified they DO ship to our address. US Mattress apparently has zero issues with lying to customers.

I have now received two recommended mattresses and neither met the specs I told the advisors. I needed FIRM and both have soft and sagging mattresses. I have now paid more than twice what I could have bought the correct mattress at a store down the street. This so called easy process has turned into a nightmare for me, and the CSR today said there is nothing they will do.
