Actively try to make experience as bad as possible My car was in an accident and the police called Garvin Towing to tow it as it was YARDS away from the accident. We had to arrange special to pick it up on Saturday because the office isn't open on Saturday. We got there first thing in the morning to find that: 1, they only take cash (which they never said any time we talked to them before we were there.) 2, they don't make change 3, they charged us for the WHOLE day on Saturday for storage (again we were there early in the morning, 10 a.m.) 4, the cost for the tow included extra cost because the towing "wasn't in normal business hours" either. (Of course we weren't informed of this earlier either and it was more then twice the normal cost.) In short Garvin Towing was the worst towing company I have ever seen, and the most unprofessional.
