Called this business, this morning, looking for a price on some parts/services. My husband had it on speakerphone so that I could hear the info at the same time. The man who answered the phone was odd during the phone call, which was weird, but oooookay..... So the guy tells my husband the part will be X dollars, and my husband asks if he has it in stock. They guy responds with " Well why on earth would I do that?" A few more questions to this guy which was met strangely, and my husband winds down the call saying "Alright, thank you." The guy then says " Yep".... As my husband was getting the screen back up to end the call, we CLEARLY hear him say " Dumb@$$! " And " F***ing idiot. " I could understand if my husband had been rude or discourteous, but this was totally unwarranted. We wouldn't give or send him our business if he was the last shop in the apocalypse.
