Be Aware of this building, The manages Nanette is really rude and always in a bad mood. Employees are treated with no repespect. Home owners are been raised HOA fees because "The manager Nanette" says to them that all the money is going to the employees which that is a LIE. Wilshire Regents is a work place were you are not able to trust the Supervisor "Tony" that arrives late to work everyday!!!!! and nanette gives BAD QUARTERLY REPORTS TO ALL EMPLOYEES so they wont be able to get their bonus!!! How sketchy is she !!!!! Hopefully the Board members realize what type of manager and supervisor they have because it could affect their reputation. So please think abou tit twice before buying a condo here or working here.
