I hired this company for a site plan in Denver. They told me at the time that they were about 3 weeks out. I didn't think that was a big deal so I told them that was fine. After 3 weeks I called again to see if they had forgot about me as I never got a call back. I'm not sure what happened. Once they did come out I had to chase them to get the site plan sent to me. Also I was quoted around $900-1000 a little less than normal since they did my neighbor's house. The plan did not include the house eaves or roof ridges which the city of Denver requires so I call them again to get these on the plan. They came back out and proceeded to bill me another $500. No one mentioned that there would be an additional charge and I understood this to be part of the plan. They owner would not work with me at all and only said that if they have to come out a second time they charge again. Someone should have informed me that this would cost extra! Very disappointed with this company. I would not recommend them
