I am a huge fan of Vespaio's pasta dishes. Their handmade pasta is so fresh and their sauces are the best. Spaghetti Carbonara is one of my absolute favorites! Vespaio's wait staff and bartenders are stellar! It's a vibrant and lively spot, the best in Austin!
