very unhappy with my service, final product and time frame. Owner , Kevin was very rude, demeaning and had no remorse for things he did, the product he ruined of mine with unsatisfactory embroidery, and would not reimburse me for my costs. aside his horrible business ethics i have lost two great clients of mine due to a poor quality product from art dog. i would highly recommend staying away from this business.
