WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!!!! MVE missed 2 scheduled deliveries. they just No Showed! NO phone call to let me know that they were not coming. after the second missed delivery I called their customer service to reschedule. I told their customer service supervisor that they need to guarentee the deliver on the 3rd day and suggested they give me a credit to my account. to this the supervisor laughed and said "that's not going to happen". can you believe it, SHE ACTUALLY LAUGHED!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!!!!
