The last 3 cartons I have gotten the packs are not cut completely and it tears the packs all up on the flip top and the foil also don't tear right......What a mess.

I've been smoking your non-filter Edgefield kings for over a year now. Enjoyed them, but this last carton I got it tasted like menthol an I can't smoke one cigarette with out coughing my head off. I took them back to store but they won't exchange them. I do have allergy to menthol additive. Disappointed alot.....

My husband and I love your bacco pipe tobacco mild. But we have noticed that our cigarettes keep going out. Has there been a change in the tobacco in this last month or so. The last 3 cartoons I bought the filters r messed up&all but maybe 3 cigs.out of a pack have what looks like little burn holes in them.I am very displeased,I gave 3 attempt to get a good carton so now I will have to go to anought brand.smokes cost to much as it is.really cost if u those them away because of holes in them&messed up filters.
