Would do no stars if available. I'm a property manager and I called this company to tow an unauthorized car parked in our small tenant lot with limited space. It's located right next to the shopping district so lots of people try and use our parking area for their shopping trips. There's a sign up about no parking and towing at owner's expense. During my first call in, the lady told me I might need the sheriff's dept involved. Upon confirming that was not the case, I called back. The guy didn't want to do the job because he might get stuck with a junker. After telling him it was not a junker needing towed, he immediately switched to (I'm paraphrasing) he didn't want to offend someone he might or might not know in favor of getting paid for doing a job. Obviously, he refused the job. I cannot recommend this company at all.
