Purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and this company delivered and installed it. Didn't close right had to have them come back out a 2nd time. Another few weeks passed and machine didn't close again, had a friend come out to fix for me instead of the rude installation men. Turns out there was a big leak under the machine since it wasn't installed right and now over 8 weeks of water dripping I have mold and rotten cabinets. They wouldn't put claim in on their insurance so they hired so barefoot caninet guy to replace my cabinets and drywall. Very unprofessional comapny to deal with in person and on the phone. Delivery men spoke English to me, but only Spanish to each other while in my home, very rude.

Poor installation of combo washer/dryer on 2/7/13. We paid $19.99 extra for installation. Javier, the delivery person, refused to vent the unit through the side & insisted on pushing the unit back into its closet, crushing our existing venting hose. He caused the venting hose to break. We told him that the unit was to be vented through the side & to just attach it to the unit. All he did was to plug the unit in & left. Total time was 10 minutes. WE WANT OUR $19.99 REFUNDED!!! All Javier did that was useful was to bring the unit into a first floor condo, plug the unit in & take the old unit away --- a free service (included in the price. We spent the rest of the day of installation jacckeying the heavy unit back out of the cabinet & attaching a new venting hose through the side of the unit. A service that we, 80 year olds PAID FOR BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE!
