The apartments were nice but they were continually having to be repaired. They are definitely old structures the owners are nice and work at the local hardware store. Don't count on getting your deposit back they're pretty sketchy folks. You may have a hard time catching up with them to report a problem. When you do get to talk to the owner if she calls you back, then you'll be lucky to see things fixed. Some issues I reported never got fixed for about the 2 years I was there. Then they were used as an excuse to say I couldn't get my deposit back lol. The heating unit went out in the middle of winter and they never got it fixed. It was pretty cold for a few weeks. Finally decided to just move. Nice folks but bad business. Stay away.
