You guys have been just awesome. Moved to Emmett from CA in 2019 and really appreciate the reliable service. 100% A+ on the good customer service and for following up with me on the extra trash can! That was fast, I didn't expect someone to call me back after hours!!

Avoid this place! Trash everywhere, tipped over cans every week, terrible customer service.

Good service, fair prices. sometimes we forget to roll garbage can out on time but driver has been nice enough to wait for us. Been reliable service from these friendly folks

Worst customer service ever! Avoid this company at all cost! We have been with Emmett Sanitation for over 6 years now. Instead of improving, there service only got worse with each year. They have missed scheduled pick ups multiple times and they are very random when they pick up (anywhere from 7 am to 7 pm). So you can never plan a pick up. They’ve miss billed us once and was a hassle to get fixed. They pulled a step ladder out of the dumpster and threw it in my driveway. When I called to talk with them about it, the man was rude, didn’t care, he told me to call another garbage collection service and hung up on me!
