This is a great company to have in your corner. I fell and injured my shoulder and was out of work for over 3 months. The company I worked for had disability insurance using Benefit Horizons Corporation. Jim Callahan and crew made sure I started getting my benefits quickly and also kept in contact during the whole time I was out so that there was no problems with getting my benefits.
