I guess I now know what the "plus" is for in Trees Plus tree service. Not only do they trim your tree, but they also destroy your garden as they did mine. This company advertises that they are BBB, insured & bonded and customer satisfaction guaranteed. I find that hard to believe. They are a great company as far as price goes, but if you have a garden and garden statues. They will destroy them in the process and stick you with the bill afterwards. When I tried to reason with the owner. He declined to look at the damages his men did and offered to replace the "2-3" plants his men confessed to destroying (how convenient) or paying me $250. What type of business owner that is remorseful for his men's negligence isn't willing to see the damages first hand and meet to apologize and rectify the situation? You don't scratch someone's car and only offer to pay for that one scratch. You repair the whole door. I'm putting my house up for sale soon and that was my curb appeal. Especially after nurturing that garden from the freeze we got in February. I've worked with this company before and had no issues, but when they came yesterday. I doubt I would ever work with them again or refer them to anyone!
