This is not a recommendation. I have recently done business with this group they control New England Motor Freight. I was told that it reached the terminal on Thursday and would be delivered to location needed on Friday. They are 5.8 miles from where it was to be delivered. Never showed up on Friday. Called customer service on Monday and got the run around. Finally after 5 calls and no call backs, I was told by customer service that the unit I was waiting for would be delivered Tuesday between 9 am and 12 pm. Tuesday morning I get a call from terminal at 10:15 am. They will deliver the unit on Wednesday. I told the person at the terminal that was exceptable, they told me the best they could do was to deliver it at 6:00 pm, still not good enough. I called customer service and told them. The girl there told me she would have the regional manager call me back., waited 1 hour and 45 minutes no one called back. So I called again, Explained it all over again girl told me regional manager would call me back in 5 minutes. I told her that's what I was told over an hour ago and no one called me back yet. this was at 12:15 pm. No one called me back. at 12:30 pm the terminal called me and said the unit would be delivered in 1 hour. At 2 pm I was back on the phone to customer service and at 2:05 pm while on the phone the unit was finally delivered.. I told them that if I ran my business the way they ran theirs I would be out of business. It's now 6:50 pm and regional manager still has not
