The owner of this company, Morray Scheinfeld, could not be any more unprofessional if he tried. Not only does he take well over a month to file your taxes once you have given him all of your information, but when you inquire about the status, he does not return phone calls or emails. I work in the entertainment business, therefore I have much that I can write off, and he had no idea what I was talking about when I was trying to explain how taxes are done in my profession. Really? He is a tax accountant and I had to teach him how to do taxes for entertainment? That is unacceptable in my book. In addition, when I called to complain about his services, he wrote me a series of the most immature and childish emails I have ever read in my life from a supposed professional. What a waste of my time! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to get your taxes done!!!!
