For almost 80 years Allied Tools of Texas Corp has been providing unbeatable quality, workmanship and dependability to our customers. Our experienced team has made parts used by industries that demand the highest level of accuracy and where there can be no allowance for mistakes, including the petrochemical, medical, and aviation industries.
Waterjet cutting - We provide a full service solution with our two state-of-the-art abrasive water jet cutting machines, which are capable of cutting a diverse variety of materials from soft materials up to harder metals, and include mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and exotics such as titanium… corrosion resistant materials are our specialty.
Deep drawing - fabricating low volume runs, from individual parts up to 1,500 or more parts is our specialty. We accommodate a blank size up to 25 inches, with a 26 gauge thickness to 1/2 inch thick on the deep draw.
Metal spinning: This process is also known as spin forming or metal turning. Our machinery is capable of performing several operations in one set-up and our experienced team are capable of producing products from 16 gauge to 7 gauge.
Sheet metal Stamping - also known as metal pressing. Our top-of-the-line machinery holds a tolerance of +-0.005 with a sheet capacity of 80 by 160 inches table size, and includes self-designed water jets and hydraulic presses. Our in-house capabilities include creating progressive dies, blanks, coining, deep draw and metal forming.
Our prototyping process includes product advising, brainstorming and production. We provide short sample runs and iterate using prototypes to optimize both quality and price. Our past work includes prototyping of deep sea parts, chemical industry and aircraft parts.
Prototypes are required to ensure the final product will perform as intended; for example, performing fit checks, etc. After testing the prototype in the same environment as the final product will be utilized, feedback is used to make any modifications prior to hard tooling, reducing the final cost of manufacture.
We help customers in the development of their products. Allied Tools creates high quality, redesigned products to increase the availability of parts.
