I have been a customer of Clydes Market since I arrived in Hinesville in 2000.The one that I frequent most is located on the corner of Hi-way 84 and Airport Rd.I must say, in my opinion,my evaluation of the operation of this store at its best is a high marginal. One of the greatest opportunties missed is recognition of customer urgency and under or over scheduling employees at the wrong times. Sometimes there are 4 employees in the store and 6 customers maybe in line and only one register is open.A card board handwritten sign(eye sorer)"This register closed"does not display a sense of urgency for the customer>Wearing of nametags should not be an option for employees it should be a sense of pride.Employees shouldn't be discussing their personal business in front of customers to co-workers. To increase your bottomline, I believe a program like the mistery shopper would be a great opportunity.Finally,Lottery machine operators should be well trained before soloing them on this machine(Avid lotto players have no patience for operator induced mistakes).
