This company has a horrible, shameful response time. I have been trying unsuccessfully since October of 2011 to get a calibration date for our SmartScope. I have written numerous e-mails with NO response. Phone messages that were left go unresponded to. I highly recommend that equipment purchases or calibration services are sought out anywhere else but this company.
