I moved to Saco a few years ago and Gils came at a recommendation of a neighbor. The first time we ordered, we had emptied our tank without realizing it because our gauge was wrong. When I called to inquire why our heat wasn't turning on, I was asked if there was a man in the house he could speak with. I shook that off, considering I am not fluent in the language of Oil-Guy. We continued to order for the next year and a half. He was fast on delivery and we appreciated that. Today, we had our final delivery from Gil. I realized that our heat wasn't working, for an unknown reason. When he came to the door to hand me my receipt, I asked if he could take a look, or tell me how to "bleed" a tank. (I wasn't sure at this point if we were out, we have been very good at keeping it above the point in which we believe is empty.) At this question he proceeded to yell at me about how he "doesn't have time for me" and that we "must like running out of heat." and then he proceeded to tell me he has been here 4 times because we had run out. False. It happened once. And when I told him that, he yelled louder and accused me of not telling the truth. Then said multiple times about how we "love running out of heat" and then pointed out that we will have fun tonight (it's currently 8 degrees at 2pm). When I called to complain about his unprofessional and aggressive behavior, the woman on the phone let me know he was the owner. This will be the last order we place with that horrible man.
