HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE FROM OWNER TIM SERINO ! after not shipping an item i had ordered and paid for 2 weeks ahead. No one contacts me to inform me that the items are out of stock. I called and personally canceled the order and requested my refund. After not receiving a refund i opened a case with paypal for my refund. Immediately they send me an email requesting additional payment for the shipment. When i reply to the message asking the reason why? they reply that the order was shipped and that i needed to pay extra. They shipped the products after i canceled the order. After this being their fault. I receive a rude out of place email from the owner threatening and calling ME A SCAMMER ! How could i scam? I canceled the order, still they ship it and NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE 25 % RESTOCKING FEE FOR AN ORDER I CANCELED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
