I do NOT recommend this company. We wanted to rent a house through them, and as a part of their application process they like to "come and take a look at your current dwelling". I thought that was weird but agreed. The maintenance man who came to look, after being scared by our dog who was just sitting there quietly and almost leaving because of it, came in for about 3 seconds and then said, "Okay, you live here," and left. Then we got denied the house because our apartment was "6 out of 10" on their cleanliness scale. This is RIDICULOUS. The only thing that was messy was that there was unfolded CLEAN laundry on the couch, but nothing was on the floor, everything was neat and tidy. And to think they had the nerve, when the house that they showed us had DEAD COCKROACHES in several of the rooms. And who knows how many live ones were there that we couldn't see. They'll be lucky to find anyone to fit their cleanliness standards, especially because they were looking for a family to move into the house. And if it was because of the dog, WHICH WE TOLD THEM WE HAD, that is just discrimination.
