I would highly recommend that you NOT use Mangin Landscaping. I had the worst experience with them. Jim came to my house and gave me a very professional looking proposal and addressed all my concerns. So we hired him and paid money up front as he requested. He ended up taking over 2 months to complete a job that he said would be done in 2 weeks. He would just not show up and would not return phone calls. He ended up not completing the job as proposed in his proposal. His workers did not know what they were doing. They tore up my back yard and left it a complete mess. His proposal included tree removals, which he never did. He bought all of the plants and shrubs at Lowe's. I know because I saw his truck there picking up my stuff. He attempted to build me a stone patio and it is falling apart after only 3 months and is very uneven. His response to all my concerns was that he does not guarantee his work. He also did work for a few of my neighbors, who are equally as dissatisfied with his work. Save your money and chose another landscaper.
