I would not recommend living here. It took them over a month to fix the bathroom upstairs that leak into the kitchen. They also will keep your deposit with over inflated prices. Drip pans they will charge you $40.00, Wal-Mart you can get it for $11.00. Warning if you do buy them they will still say that they did not look new. They will charge you $50.00 for mini blinds regardless if there is nothing wrong with the mini blinds. The do not seem to know how to do math either. Keep your deposit tell you that you still owe $$ then the next thing you know they are saying you owe $$$. It's like they changed their mind on misusing the deposit money that they kept. I guess they try to claim it as just a gift to them. THERE SHOULD BE A WARNING FOR EVERYONE BEFORE THEY WALK IN THE DOOR OF THIS BUSINESS.
