We used Weaver to process one of our bulls. Very professional. Been to a few other places and didn't have the confidence in their work that we do in Weaver. Have talked to others and Weaver was at the top of their list as well. I like that they have a list that they print out for you of all the cuts. The other places didn't and so if you don't remember to list all that you want you won't get it. We have a hog that needs processing and so we will be calling them right after I finish this recommendation.
