Black & white pencil drawings by Clifton, Virginia artist Bill Harrah Bill Harrah effectively uses black & white to focus the viewer's attention on the interplay of light and shadow. His finely detailed pencil drawings, which have the appearance of stippled pen & ink drawings at first glance, are created by using black Prismacolor pencil on textured Coquille board. His expansive art portfolio includes drawings of popular wildlife, favorite dog breeds, landmark campus buildings, and national historic places.
