If you are a Yes Man and your ideas doesn't matter then this is the place for you. Management has no idea what it's doing and work is always late to the customers. They claimed bankruptcy once and probably will end up there again. They a welder as a supervisor for the whole shop and has never ran a machine or even knows how they work. You are guaranteed a job if are family too. Would never recommend this place for employment !!!
