This company was hired to fix a flooring issue we were having and within a month the floor was not only worse than before we hired them but posed a great safety concern. Upon hearing about our concerns, mainly the safety of our 5 month daughter, the owner failed to respond. We provided the owner with our documented concerns via text and email, all forms of communication we had used previous to us having an issue. It was not until we called him that we became aware that he and his company would take no responsibility for our concerns. He blamed the issue on a leaky pipe. We spent hundreds of dollars to have that examined. No leak was detected. He didn't even offer to come out to see the damage first hand or recommend a company to have the pipes examined. His company has left our floor in ruins, left our living room unsafe, and he wants us to do all the footwork to try and figure out what his employees did wrong. His lack of communication and concern over his companies finished product and my families safety is truly unprofessional and inhumane. Do not work with this company!
