Mr. Nelson began his real estate career in 1983 as a real estate broker. In 1986 he began appraising and was licensed in 1991, when it was mandated by the federal government. In March of 1993 he opened Nelson Appraisal Service as a single man operation and grew to include additional full time appraisers as well as supporting staff.
