The Frank Clarke Agency has been in the insurance business for over 70 years. We value our clients and believe that the client's needs should always c Frank Clarke, Sr. began his career in the life insurance business in the 1930s. In 1954 he expanded to include property and casualty insurance. Thus began what is now the Frank Clarke Agency, Inc. In 1961 Frank L. Clarke, Jr. started his career in the life insurance business. In 1964 he joined the Frank Clarke Agency, Inc. Frank Sr. retired in 1972 and Frank Jr. took over the agency. The agency has written a wide and varied range of property and casualty business over the years. Many of the accounts that Frank Sr. acquired are still with the agency as second and third generation insureds.
