The motel is a family owned/run motel who are friendly and helpful. The motel is your old motel type place from the 50-60's but rooms have been updated and are very clean and the prices are reasonable and cheaper than The Best Western in town. There is an ice cream parlor across the parking lot that serves great ice cream. I just made a reservation for my third time going to the Kaytee Bird Seminar and had stayed here the prior two times.
