We are a privately held company in Bellevue, KY proudly doing business for 51 years.
In 1963, the four Daoud brothers pulled together enough cash to purchase Hamburger Heaven in Cincinnati, Ohio. Along with burgers and fries came a recipe for Cincinnati-style chili. In 1965, they added flavor to the recipe with their secret 13-spice blend, changed the restaurant's name to Gold Star and a chili legend was born.
