Midas Inc blew me away today. Midas Muffler ran an ad for their mufflers in the Albany, NY, area, on the radio station The River (99.5). The ad stated that it was not a good idea to jump off a "God Dam" Cliff, amongst other statements. I thought I was hearing things so I called the radio station (518) 786-6600 & (518) 786-6670 to ask if I heard correctly. I left a message with Ryan, who called me back shortly and he stated that "yes, indeed, I did hear correctly." I told Ryan that not only do I listen to the River, but my children and grandchildren listen as well. I am appalled, shocked and extremely disappointed that Midas Muffler has stooped to a low and disgraceful level of advertising by using inappropriate language in their ad today (May 6, 2013). Furthermore, I am offended that The River would let Midas Muffler put an ad on their radio station during the day (or any time for that matter) that used inappropriate language on the air. Shame on you, 99.5, for allowing your station to be scandalized to a low and disgraceful level of radio entertainment. Sincerely, Fran Otto

IN less than an hr he was ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IT WAS We took the car ANOTHER TRUSTED SHOP CALLED MD AUTO DOCTORS IN GLENDALE We then returned to Midas At 7:30 am to discuss the bad diagnosis with the manager he was not in. I returned that day and discussed the matter with MANAGER CHRIS BARDSLEY he stood by there diagnosis stating it was not worth working on the car if problems would develop later due to bad compression but failed to tell us what the actual problem was. Md auto dr's completed the repair for $256.61 Labor & replacing both coils, wires and, plugs. THE CAR RUNS PERFECT NOW Midas was negligent and not honest. UNKNOWN TO THEM This engine was rebuilt. DO U
