Samsung customer relations department has a well productive team but really need to work on the appliance dept. manufacturing and design efforts. Ive had a total of 2 samsung top load washers. Model #WA456DRHDSU/AA. . The pump housing broke @ the same identical spot on both machines and 1 other time the tub split apart and the top ring shreaded apart. with my work clothes that were shreaded with it. If i hadnt worked @ Boeing for as long as I have, which is 25+ years I wouldve been fired for all the times Ive taken off for my washer 2 be serviced. Now there Insurance Co. Broadspire had there own adjuster come to my home and gave my son and daughter-in-law an estimate of the damage that samsungs product did to my home and still have not recieved my claim. there is so much more to my story that this is incredible. oh and samsungs tech taking things out of MY HOME which did not belong to him. feel free to call, email or add comment
