Too much talking, not enough listening. I was told this was a good place and all the reviews looked good so I took my car there for an ongoing AC problem. I was told these were the guys that would be willing to really dig in and diagnose the problem. The first thing you need to know is that they are way too busy telling you how busy they are to listen to you explain the issue with your car. While reading this review, keep in mind that they told me and the other customers how busy they are absolutely every chance they got. If I talked to them 15 times combined in person and on the phone, they told me how busy they were 13 of those times. I explained to them that it blows cold right now with bursts of warm air that I already know will progressively get worse because I've been through this and I'd already had someone work on it and replace the compressor, replace the relay, and charge the AC which was already failing again. They agreed with me that this was a problem and I asked them to diagnose the problem. I had THREE different people over the course of 2 visits tell me the AC blows cold and there's nothing wrong with the car. Even though I had already explained to them that it is blowing cold right now and that you have to pay attention for the bursts of warm air (as well as the fact that the air pressure coming from the vents changes as if you're moving the fan speed switch even though you aren't). The first time I took it they called me and said they evacuated and then charged the AC coolant and "it's blowing cold now". I knew immediately that this would not fix my problem but I went to pick the car up anyway hoping the professionals knew something that I didn't. They charged me $186 and I had to call them the next day explaining that the service they provided was not what I needed and the AC was already blowing bursts of warm air again. They claimed the father never told the son what I had told him about the car so they just did the quickest and cheapest repair. Their lack of communication cost me $186 that they did not offer to refund at any time throughout this entire process. They tell me to bring it back and I do. I call to check on it and am told "It's blowing cold" and I have to repeat the whole story AGAIN. I ask them to drive the car so they can feel the bursts of warm air and I explain that I am looking for a diagnosis so we can fix the issue before it starts blowing only warm air. They claim they have driven it but they will drive it again. Two more days go by and I call them to check on it and am told the AC is "blowing cold" and they can't find anything wrong with it. I start to repeat the entire story again but then realize this is doing no good. Unreal. I go pick up my car and get my first burst of warm air about 3 minutes after starting the drive home and I've had it happen every time I drove the car since. And guess what? It is progressively getting worse. Just like I told them it would. There is no way that any competent mechanic who was paying any attention at all to the AC could have driven this car and not noticed the issue, especially since the AC is the only thing they needed to be paying attention to. You don't go more than 5 or 10 minutes without it acting up. #1) It acts up multiple times per day, every day and is getting worse. #2) I don't trust that any of them listened enough to know HOW it acts up. #3) Nobody cares how busy you are. We are paying you money to fix our cars. Stop making your customers feel rushed and as if you're doing us some kind of favor by taking our money to fix our cars (and apparently sometimes to NOT fix our cars).
